If you pay for your premium via our recurring card payment system, you can change your card details within your Bikmo account at any time. Whether you’ve lost your card, your card may have expired, or you just fancy changing which account your payments come from, you can change these details quicker than the time it takes to change the inner tube of your tyre. Lets us show you.
Disclaimer – we accept most mainstream credit and debit cards, however our payment provider, Stripe, doesn’t accept Maestro cards.
We are always looking to make the customer experience better, and are currently developing an improved account area. Please follow the instructions for the relevant style for your account, which is shown in the pictures.
New style account:
Step 1 – Sign in
Sign into your account, using the ‘My Account’ button located at the top of the Bikmo Homepage.
If, like most of us, you have trouble remembering your login details, you can simply click ‘Forgot your password?’ which will then allow you to create your own unique and memorable password.
Step 2 – Locate the 'Policies' section
Your policies are show here, including their current status. Choose the policy that you are wanting to update the card details for and click 'Manage policy'.
This will take you into that specific policy where, in addition to being able to access more detail and policy documents, you will be presented with various options for making changes.
Step 3 – Update your details
Beneath the policy details, click on the 'Manage your payments' link. Just above where your payment history is presented, click the orange button 'Change my card details'.
You can then input your new details as follows;
- Where it says Card Number, input the long 16 digit number which is across your debit, master or credit card.
- Where it says MM/YY, you need to enter the month and year that your card expires.
- In the CVV section, list the three digit security number that can be found on the back of your card, to the right of the signature strip.
- If you’re happy with the details being entered, click the orange ‘Submit‘ button
Step 4 – What happens next
Once your details are saved, all of your future payments will be taken from your new card.
Keep an eye out for the card expiry date as you’ll need to update your card again when you receive a new one from your bank or card provider.

You will then find yourself in the your Bikmo cloud account. On the left hand side you’ll see a dashboard; click the ‘Settings’ button, so that it turns light grey.
Step 3 – Update your details
On the right hand side, you’ll see the payment details. As you can see in the image below, you’ll be able to see the current card details which are being used below where it says ‘Payment Card’.
You can then input your new details as follows;
- Where it says Card Number, input the long 16 digit number which is across your debit, master or credit card.
- Where it says Expiry (MM/YYYY), you need to list the month and year that your card expires.
- In the CVV section, list the three digit security number that can be found on the back of your card, to the right of the signature strip.
- If you’re happy with the details being entered, click the ‘Save‘ button
