As a valued customer, and so that you can spend more time riding your bike, we've made renewing with us as easy as possible!
We send out an email a couple of weeks before your renewal date to highlight the benefits of staying with us, including details of any policy discounts you have.
We like to be as clear and transparent with our pricing as possible, so we include all information about the breakdown of our premium in relation to your policy.
Like most things, the RRP of bikes often increase each model update or year. Being underinsured can mean that you don't have enough cover to get a like-for-like replacement if you need to make a claim. To help protect you from this, each year at renewal we will update your insured values.
If you're confident that your bikes are insured at the correct value, then you can opt out of this inflation protection via your email.
If you're happy with your new premium, and we're confident you will be, then you don't have to lift a finger, as it will renew automatically!
If you currently pay for your premium in one lump sum, but have your eye on some nice new kit and would now rather pay monthly (interest-free), just get in touch and we'll change it over for you.
If for any reason you would not like to renew, you can click the link in your email or opt out from auto-renewal from within your Bikmo account at any time.
If you chose to opt out during your policy purchase, we'll still send out a renewal quote for you, just in case you've changed your mind, and you'll be able to opt in again at any time.
