You have cover whenever you are online and logged-in to your Deliveroo rider app (when you're working) and for 1 hour after you have logged out to allow you to get home.
Delivering for other companies (not Deliveroo)
You must work with Deliveroo to be eligible for any benefit under your free insurance cover. Working with, or for, other companies does not void or invalidate your cover.
If you suffer an accident or injury whilst working for another company, you will not be eligible for cover under your free rider insurance.

Riders with a 'paid for' policy
If you took out a policy with Bikmo prior to the free insurance launching and the cover is still active during the cancellation notice period then you will still benefit from the same cover as you had before. You should check your email schedule you received when you took out your policy for cover details.
