    I've logged in but the “dashboard” has not appeared. I therefore cannot do any of the actions that I wished.

    Hi Paul,

    I've just logged in as if I were you and it all appears to be fine for me.

    Once you've logged into your account, the correct steps to access your ‘Kit List’ and other functions are as follows:

    1. Identify your latest and ‘ACTIVE’ policy
    2. Click the text ‘MANAGE POLICY’
    3. Click the link ‘EDIT YOUR KIT LIST’

    Hopefully this should work for you Paul, but just reach out if you continue to have issues.
