How to find your renewal date
Your renewal date is shown in your policy schedule document. Here's how to find it:
- Log into your Bikmo account
- Click on 'Manage Policy'
- Look for your 'Schedule' document
- Your renewal date will be shown there
We'll remind you before renewal
Don't worry about remembering the date - we'll send you an email 30 days before your policy renews.
This email will tell you:
- The date your policy will renew
- Your new premium, and if the price has changed
- What to do if you want to make any updates before renewal
What happens at renewal?
If you’re opted in to Auto Renewal
- Your policy will continue automatically
- Your Direct Debit will continue (monthly or yearly, as before)
- You stay covered with no gaps in your insurance
If you’re opted out of Auto Renewal
- You’ll need to opt in if you’d like your cover to continue for another year
- If you do nothing, you policy will end and you’ll no longer be covered by Bikmo
How do I opt out of Auto Renew?
You can turn off auto renewal any time:
- Log in to your Bikmo account
- Go to ‘Manage Policy’
- Select ‘Manage Auto Renew’
Changed your bike or circumstances?
If you’ve had any changes, like getting a new bike, moving house, or updating accessories, let us know before your renewal date. This helps make sure your cover still matches your needs.
